240 Beach Haven: 4BR Home, Heated Pool, Walk to Beach!
A four-bedroom, three-bath private home vacation destination with a heated swimming pool located in a residential area on the north end of Fort Myers Beach. Nestled in a quiet block with a two-minute walk to the beach, a 15-minute walk to all the action of Times Square, and a neighborhood boat dock. Bike rentals, boat charter, jet-ski rentals, and parasailing are all within walking distance. Coste Restaurant at The Diamondhead Resort is just down the street. Explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites, and eateries that Estero Island has to offer, including the new Margaritaville Resort, or take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. A trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs.
Amenities include a washer/dryer, screened-in lanai with gas BBQ, a fenced yard, fenced pool with lounge chairs, air conditioning and overhead fans throughout, complimentary WIFI, a soaking tub in the master bath, plenty of off-street parking, and all linens and towels are provided.
When you arrive at your Beach Haven you will find plenty of off-street parking right in front of the house. Enter via a few front steps onto a screened-in porch, then through the front door into the open-plan dining, living, and kitchen areas. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout and décor is beachy/contemporary. The large eat-in kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with all the necessary items to whip up full-course meals or just toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! There are plenty of cabinets and quartz countertop space. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a double-door refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, 5-burner glass top range with self-cleaning oven, and built-in above-range microwave. The kitchen has a peninsular bar with a stainless-steel sink with disposal, cabinets on the kitchen side, and four high-boy bar chairs on the living area side. There is also a table seating four in the kitchen, with an adjacent dining room also with a table seating four. The kitchen flows into the adjacent living area furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, end tables, lamps, a coffee table, and two upholstered swivel chairs on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands, and wall-mounted lamps on an area rug, a double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and ample closet space. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a combination deep soaking tub/shower and rain shower head, and a separate commode room. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, a 5-drawer chest, a corner rattan chair, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a 3-drawer chest above which is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The hallway bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The third guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands, and lamps, a corner rattan chair, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. French doors from this bedroom open out onto the screened-in furnished lanai and separate pool area. The laundry room and third bathroom are adjacent to the screened-in lanai. The bathroom has a corner lavatory, commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
