Renting out the whole triplex allows for 12 guests to comfortably stay! Unwind during the day by going outside to the deck area to catch some sun and have fun playing darts, jumping in the pool or even shooting some pool! This property is the perfect spot for a big family to get together and connect or even just a small getaway. Overall the property was as expected! Plenty of room for all 11 adults! It was clean inside each of the bungalows and Publix was just 2 blocks away for easy trips to grab stuff.

We rented this whole place. It can be 3 separate cottages with an adjoining pool and hot tub. It is wonderful for everyone to have a bed! We LOVED it and the rental company was amazing! Any problems were quickly fixed. We will be back!

Great for large groups!

This house was perfect for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which allowed for privacy. There really were 3-4 separate units, each with a kitchen/living area and bathroom. The pool and patio area are great-a gas grill available for cookouts was nice. The beach access is perfect-right across the street. The beach is great for long walks! A real plus was the Publix grocery store 2 blocks away-close enough for a quick walk if you needed something. Several places to eat close by. Hoping to be able to go back again soon!

Lovely property!

This is a perfect place to stay for a small group or family. The three "cottages" share a courtyard with a a private hot tub and pool! We bought groceries and cooked all week including using the outdoor grill! It was easy to walk across the street and be on the beach within 5 minutes! Beds super comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked. Do plan to buy extra toilet paper. Could use extra trash bags too. Great quality washer and dryer. I can't say enough good things about this property! Perfect location and super clean! We have traveled a lot and this was by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and I hope that we can rent this property again in the future!

Fantastic Property!

We rented the entire complex for a week and loved it. We especially liked the outdoor pool area. It is every bit as fun as it looks in the pictures. We grilled and ate outside in the outdoor kitchen area every night. The complex appears to be recently remodeled/updated. There were some new beds in the main house that were not in the photos, so that was a nice surprise (a new daybed replaced a pullout couch in the small efficiency apt., and a bunk with twin over double replaced a pullout daybed in the main house). This property is right on Estero Blvd. but traffic noise was not a problem for us. Everything was very clean. The beach was very convenient across the street. The property management company responded immediately on our first day there and replaced empty propane tanks and reprogrammed the TVs within 30 minutes of our calls. We rented bikes for the week and it was an easy ride every day to the pier area. We really enjoyed this property and plan to stay again.
