Upon arrival, there is ample off-street parking in the driveway and entry is through the front door into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is wood tile flooring throughout. The large kitchen has plenty of granite countertops and cabinets with all the necessities for preparing full-course meals if so desired. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a glass-top range with a self-cleaning oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door, and a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is the full-size laundry room, and from there is a door for access out to the paved patio and swimming pool area. Also adjacent to the kitchen is the step-down dining area with a table seating six. There is a door from here out to a screened-in patio with a ceiling fan and a cafe table with two chairs on the side of the home. The dining area flows nicely into the living area and is furnished with a sofa and matching loveseat, accent tables, and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large flat-screen TV.
 
From the living room, a step-up provides access to the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is a King-size bed, nightstand, a 5-drawer chest, ample closet space, and a double dresser with a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom lead out to the paved patio and pool area, which also has a gas grill and a table seating six. The en suite bathroom has a corner granite-top vanity with a decorator lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat. On the other side of the home is the first guest bedroom which has a Queen-sized bed, nightstand and lamp, ample closet space, and a 4-drawer chest with flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom, great for the kids, has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a ladder going up to a single mattress on top, as well as another single bed with a table and lamp. There is ample closet space and also a 3-drawer chest with a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the guest bedrooms is a hallway guest bathroom which has a granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.
