The swimming pool area amenities, including the pool and the BBQ grills at the complex will be closed from Monday, September 14th, 2026 to Friday, Sep 19th, 2026 for a restoration and deep cleaning project. Pool is scheduled to be reopened on Saturday, Sep 20th pending any delays.

This top-floor condo was just updated with stunning finishes and furnishings. Beautifully decorated, it’s a one-of-a-kind in the Beach Villas. Located on the north end of the island. Step into a vacationer’s paradise and the perfect retreat for rest. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, 7th-floor condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Both bedrooms have 43” flat screen smart TVs and the living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa with a 55” flat screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and everything you would need to dine in. Enjoy all the amenities the Beach Villas has to offer. This is the best location on the island and just a quick trolley ride or short walk to all that downtown Times Square has to offer. Great restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment. You can be assured this will be a vacation to remember. There are bike racks for your convenience. The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Great place to stay

Place is great all around: great quiet area, place is relatively clean and relatively well updated. No complaints! One thing that I would warn about is that unlike many other Vrbo rentals, this pace doesn't supply you with basics at the same level: you get 2 dishwashing packets in your welcome kit, no salt\pepper/etc.. Not that it's a bad thing (I actually prefer it with food items), but something to be aware of, so that when you go to cook your breakfast morning after arrival, and find that salt isn't anywhere to be found, you wish you'd've known that when you went to grocery store night before. Dishwasher packets on the other hand.. Those I wish they provided more of.

The condo is decorated very well, rustic beach theme, but subtle. The kitchen has just about anything you would need if you choose to cook while on vacation, which I don't! The property management company is very responsive and helpful with any and all of your needs. We would definitely stay here again

Great Location

This was our first vacation trip to Fort Myers Beach. We usually stay on Sanibel but with Ian in recovery, thought this would be a nice change. We were pleasantly surprised on how many fun restaurants and bars were open. There was continued construction to rebuild, which we expected, so keep that in mind. Windows were being replaced while we were there which we were unaware of before getting there, but Coastal Properties offered compensation for our inconvenience of noise. It “forced” us to be out to the beach early instead of enjoying coffee on the lanai. As far as location and property, it's private on the grounds. Pink Shell is next door, so there is a lot of activity there but really didn't affect us, and we enjoyed a drink at their beach bar. The grounds pool was nice to dip into after showering the sand off and before going to the room. The condo had everything you need, with sunset views on the Lanai and bay/sunrise views from the kitchen window and walkway. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Beach towels were provided, but we reserved our beach chairs and umbrellas online. Get a wagon for convenience. The washer/dryer is a smaller one, so just be aware of that. Being here for the 4th of July was fun to see Sanibel fireworks and Ft Myers Beach fireworks on the beach in front of the condo. Overall, it's a great place, just be aware of the possible construction for the next few weeks.

Nice Condo

The Beach Villas were nicely located on the North end of the island, right next to the Pink Shell Resort. We loved having the resort located next door as we were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from them and their staff would still come over and ask if we would like any drinks from their bar. This was in the slow season in September, so not sure if they would still do that when the resort is full. The condo was very nice, and the layout was perfect. You had your king bed with the en suite bathroom and then the other bedroom had two full beds with the bathroom right outside the door and then a pocket door you could close off to create the en suite effect.

Clean. Great view, decent parking. Only issue i had was bed frame was noisy. And the pink shell next door makes a lot of noise starting at 7:45

Overall great stay

We stayed for 3 days. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided in both bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed, although we did not cook much! Deck was great to watch the birds, the beach and the sunset. Unit was quiet and comfortable. Safety: I felt safe in and around the area. Marina across the street for boat rentals. Walkability: Beach walking was great. And not crowded at the time we were there. Noteworthy details: Ongoing hurricane repairs are in the area, but do not disturb at night. Care must be taken along the front sidewalks.

Nice Beach Condo - Good Location

Condo was as advertised. Great view. Good location. Warm pool. Steps from the beach. Beach bar and restaurant next door. Surprised that only one beach chair was in the unit. We rented chairs on the beach. Also the condo complex must allow smoking on the outdoor balconies which interfered with the use of our balcony.

This was our first vacation as a family of 7 (5 children ages 7-16) and our stay was flawless! Everything about the condo was exactly as stated (if not better) than the listing. The best communication from time of booking to checkout from any place we have ever stayed. The most beautiful view, plenty of in condo necessities. It felt like home away from home. 100% recommend!

Great place for beach getaway

Our family loved stepping right outside the condo to the sandy shore to play in the water and build sandcastles. We were pleased to find an umbrella, sand toys and and a few chairs to use at the beach. The property was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Check in and check out was really easy. We had a wonderful stay.

We especially loved the beach and pool. It was fairly quite in early May. The elevator is right outside the window of the second bedroom so it is fairly bright, even at night. For the most part other guests were fairly quiet. With two small kids it was nice to have laundry onsite and easily accessible. Also, the description of the condo is not accurate. It said there were no beach towels or chairs. Both were in the condo along with beach toys for kids

Extremely clean place! Very cute and was perfect for our girls trip. I love that the location is in a less crowded area. The guest bedroom was right across from the building elevator and was noisier than I would have liked. Overall, we thought it was a good stay!

Location and condo were perfect.

Location and condo were perfect. No complaints but if I really dig deep there were two very minor issues we dealt with. The key pad gave us trouble and sometimes had to try three or four times. With that said, I believe we could have made someone aware and it probably would have been taken care of. The other was we had quite a bit of luggage and storage is at a minimum but again, no big deal. We stored empty luggage in the rear of the rental car. No surprises, everything was what we expected and hoped for.

Nice layout of floor plan, great ocean front view from master, kitchen and living room. There was an added bonus of the bay side and marina from the small kitchen window! Location is great, a little quieter end with nice add of Bowditch point park (low tide you can walk around bay), quick walk to Town Square.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were plenty of pots and pans and also had enough storage containers for leftovers, cut-up fruit, etc. We could watch Netflix on all three TVs which was a nice plus. Great location! Although I know it’s not common for private condos, It would’ve been nice if beach towels were provided just because they take up so much room in the suitcase. And just an FYI- the coffee maker is a Keurig. Would definitely recommend.
