Terms and conditions

Guest shall not violate any city, county or state law in or about the rented property. NOTE: any unlawful activity or excessive disturbances are grounds for eviction and/or law enforcement involvement.

If you are planning to entertain guests that are not in your immediate party, please let AAA Coastal Management know.

There are neighborhood and local restrictions regarding occupancy, parking, noise and events. AAA Coastal will happily assist you with questions that you may have.

This property is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only. Additional fees may apply if smoking is determined inside the home.

This home has locked areas for personal, maintenance and cleaning use only. These locked areas are not intended for guest use and will not be accessible.

Reservations must be in the name of a member of the traveling party who is 25 years of age or older and the holder of a major credit card.

Occupancy may not exceed what is allowed for each home. Maximum occupancy is includes infants and children.

Guest shall not assign responsibility nor sublet to guests without AAA Coastal Management's written consent.

AAA Coastal Management has the right to enter the property at any time, with reasonable notice, to inspect, assess, or repair.
