My family and I visited for 5 day, and it couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the view of the sunrise over the bay to the sunset over the gulf. Going down to the beach was so easy with the kids and when we were sunned out I could sit on that porch and look out over the water forever. Our kids loved the pool and it was the perfect temp. There is easy access by driving or walking to the shops and restaurants, and everything we ate in town was spectacular. The location is on the quieter side of Ft Myers, which our family also enjoyed. We would love to come back and stay again

This unit has all the amenities you could need and was very clean and comfortable. The gulf view from the balcony is amazing, or step directly onto the beach from the first floor. I would definitely rent again.

FMB is still recovering from Ian, so much quieter than usual for end of March which we loved. This condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed the location, the view and the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Beautiful weather, beautiful beach. There were some beach chairs and boogie boards at our location. The pool was lovely as well. We would definitely come back! They are not kidding about the empty pantry. The kitchen has pots and pans and dishes and utensils, but not even a salt shaker. This is pretty clearly stated in the description, so bring your own everything or prepare to buy it. There are Publix on the island and right across the bridge. Just a heads-up- We had a guest drive down to stay with us for a few days, and there wasn't a good option on the island for parking. You get one permit, which we were using for our car, and it was hard to find overnight parking for our guest. It ended up being really expensive to keep his car nearby. We knew about the one permit thing but were surprised by the lack of overnight parking anywhere. Overall- I loved the condo and the beach and hope this review reflects what a lovely place it is.

Clean, inviting and comfortable. Appreciated the blankets, beach towels and bath towels provided. Plenty of dishes and the basic utensils. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Everyone was respectful. Appreciated being able to walk straight onto the beach. Enjoyed nightly sunsets. Would stay here again!

Overall, we had a very positive experience on our trip to Fort Myers Beach. Our condo was as expected and the beach was not too busy during our visit. There was music from the Pink Shell next door which didn’t bother us, but is good to be aware of. We are definitely considering returning in the future

We enjoyed being beachfront. The beach wasn't overcrowded. It was nice being able to walk to the pier and enjoy the stores, restaurants, etc. The condo had beach towels, a cooler, and beach toys already there. That would be great for those that fly in. Overall nice experience!

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Balcony overlooking the beach was wonderful. Pool and grill area was great! Parking wasn’t an issue, plenty of spaces all times of day.

Absolutely stunning views! We woke every morning before sunrise and walked 5-8miles down the beach. We also were able to go next door to the pink shell and enjoy their ocean view restaurant. Unfortunately this condo did not provide usable beach chairs and or sand toys. We were able to rent two chairs and an umbrella from the resort next door for $35/day. Before realizing we could rent these nice chairs from next door we purchased two cheap (cheap being $30😳) beach chairs that we ended up leaving for future guest to enjoy 😁! We have stayed at this building in other condos multiple times. You can’t beat the views!! It is much less crowded down near the north end of the island as well. Which we love!! We will be back! ☀️☀️☀️

This is on a quiet side of the beach. Mostly families were there when we went. Our condo was the perfect size for a family of four. It was clean and roomy. There was laundry soap, dish detergent, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner so that was nice.

The unit and location is everything you'd want plus more. Very clean and close to everything. It's on the quite side of Fort Myers Beach which is what I Love. The beach isn't crowded and I like that you aren't forced to by rental chairs. It has shaded parking and a nice pool with several gas grills. You can easily walk to the park near by and also the marina has very affordable boat rentals right across the street. The unit has chairs and a umbrella to use. We've actually already began to book another stay in about 3 months. Perfect time at a perfect place. This is as beach front and gorgeous views as any could ask for! Thanks for a great time and see ya in a few months again

This was our first time in Ft Myers, and it did not disappoint! We chose to stay on the western end of the island, which was a great choice. It was quiet, but walkable to the "happening" part of town (Times Square). (We still found it useful to have a car - to go the grocery store, walmart, and trips to Sanibel.) Quick walk out to the beach with the chairs and umbrella that we found in the closet. Excellent shelling, amazing tide pools every day (great for those with small children). The unit was just right for the 4 of us - bedrooms are spacious, and my oversized teen loved that the beds were full-sized! The deck is screened-in, so we could leave the doors open without fear of bugs. If I had to make any suggestions to make it a bit more serviceable, I'd recommend getting some books/games/puzzles - always good for a rainy day or quiet evening in with the family. I would choose this rental again in a heartbeat if we return to FMB!
