I just spent an absolutely amazing week at 246 Delmar avenue with Coastal. The house was immaculate cozy and perfect for my group of 7 and a baby. The house is beautifully decorated and inviting and coastal has everything ready for a stay. The pool area of the house could accommodate double the number of people staying at the house and is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We found that we could walk or drive the short distance to Fort Myers beach and always have parking if needed but the walk was surprisingly short. Coastal does an amazing job prepping their properties they manage and 246 Delmar was perfection. My family can not wait for our next visit.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Great location for riding bikes with the family. We received a credit to a local business and chose the bikes to be delivered. They were there when we arrived to start our vacation. All the local restaurants we visited, met some wonderful employees. Definitely would visit again.

I booked this house for a family vacation and the place did not disappoint. Very clean and well-equipped place. The house is a big on a smaller side, but it sits all 8 of us comfortably. The area (ft. Myers) is destroyed due to a recent hurricane so not too much to do outside of hanging out inside the house/pool or going to the beach (walking distance) after passing some tore down properties. Apart from that, the house itself has no damage and I would visit again.

This home was exactly what we were looking for to spend a week as a family by the beach. The home is equipped with everything you could want/need. Beach buggy, towels, chairs, keurig, plenty of kitchen ware, washer/dryer, gas grill and very comfortable patio furniture. Very spacious pool area to lounge in. The sun hits the front patio in the morning for your morning cup of coffee and sets in the back by the pool. It was so relaxing, we spent more time at the house than at the beach. The property managers were top notch. Communicated everything very well. Even called us to make sure we got in ok. I will definitely book our next vacation with them.

We were so happy with our stay in Ft. Myers! The house has a very open feel with a great front porch to enjoy morning coffee and great back patio for evening cocktails! We had 5 children with us who could not stay out of the pool! The beach, shops, and bars are all within walking distance. Also, there is a ton to do at the pier. We can't wait to come back and watch some beautiful sunsets 🏝

The house was brand new, spotless and extremely well – equipped. Location was perfect – just a five minute walk to the beach and major restaurants. The pool is clean and I loved how it has a little built-in lounge areas. We also spent a lot of time just lounging on the deck, which is spacious it has plenty of comfortable seating. Highly recommend this house!

Great house with everything you need - laundry, big bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, plunging pool in the back, beautiful front deck to watch sunsets, TVs in every room, etc. It is walkable to the beach and they provide a cart to bring the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and noodles with. An oasis with everything you need, especially during the pandemic.

You don't need to bring anything but your suits for the beach and pool. They have thought of everything else....you will feel pampered and rested after staying here. Love the location. Easy walk to the beach and then walk over to see the chanel at the end of the street. Lovely place to sit and watch the boats go by. The pool is SO amazing. The kitchen is so well equipped. You won't want to go out to eat when you can cook in this great kitchen.

This was such a wonderful stay. So beautiful! Awesome location. So much within minutes. Beach is like a 5 min walk. Supermarket is 5 minute drive. So much to do in the area. Everything was spotless and very accommodating. Plenty of beach chairs and supplies. Highly highly recommend this space. We are planning to definitely go back. This is a beautiful property to stay. It has a heated pool and large deck area to hang out and grill. Great when you need to get out of the afternoon sun. It is a short walk to the beach. Great location to vacation.

We appreciated the room this unit provided for our family of 4. The private pool was also a hit. We purchased some additional beach gear, but there was several things in the shed that we used. We probably could have gotten away with using what was at the unit, but the fee was nominal, so it was a nice backup to have. It's a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Ft. Myers Beach is still decimated from Hurricane Ian. Not much is open on the island, but we didn't struggle to find restaurants to eat at.

We came to support the community. Having a pool was key.The property was lovely. The area is devastated,.we were impacted by Sandy ,so we know how important it is to show support to the locals. Having said that, a few more basics are needed. Dish detergent, dishwasher detergent,toilet paper,paper towels. The property manager was very responsive. We would love to come back!

Great location, quick walk down the street to the beach. Park directly in the driveway to the home. Small little beach town vibes everywhere you go. Publix(grocery store) is about a mile away. The home itself is very clean and well kept, seems to be new construction. Did wish there were some basic condiments that can be used to cook but seems like they don't leave those out on purpose. Pots, pans and baking dishes are available. Would stay again. Family and kids had a great time

The house and grounds were really nice and enjoyed the stay. It's a little frustrating that not even salt/pepper provided (it was stated that way after booking), and the cable kept buffering. If you want to be in a busy place this is the place for you! Traffic gets congested so plan accordingly if you're planning to drive somewhere. Otherwise it was great!

Had a wonderful time at home. The location was great, easy access to beach and main road. Quiet street with private pool was extra bonus for all of us. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be to have garbage picked up twice a week or have more bins. The bins were filled when we arrived on Monday and we're not picked up till Thursday.

Our group (6 adults) stayed for 4 days and the trip could not have been more perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout of the house works well with an open concept for the kitchen, dining, and living area and the bedrooms are good size. The pool was heated and the outdoor areas were perfect to enjoy the weather. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were much appreciated as it made it a lot easier to go to the beach which was only a few minutes walk down the street. A nice bonus was that beach towels were provided. The house is close to many restaurants and only about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping area. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Coastal Vacations Properties were very quick to respond to any questions and check in/out was very easy. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This property was very clean and we loved that it was open, bright and beautifully decorated! It was a short distance to the beach (about a 8 minute walk) and the little beach wagon made it super convenient. We needed a place to stay for my daughter's destination wedding and it was perfect for our family. My adult son and his wife visited and relaxed by the private pool and it was plenty space for me, my husband and 3 adult children. The only thing I would suggest (maybe I missed it somewhere) is to let people know that pool maintenance crew will visit and when...same with landscapers. They were friendly and fairly brief, but we could have planned around their visit better. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay and it helped make the whole experience with my daughter's wedding perfect! Thanks so much!!

When we walked to the beach, it was so great to have everything we needed--cart, umbrella, body boards, buckets for castles, etc. My kids LOVED the pool. It was nice to have the covered patio area to be able to sit in the shade while watching the kids. We would definitely recommend this house!

246 Delmar Ave is a lovely house for leisure island life. This house has a lot of light and airy feel. The front porch is a lovely spot to have morning coffee and listen to the palm trees sway in the breeze. This house is centrally located on the the strip. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street, and there are many shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. We rented golf carts, but a bicycle is probably all you need. A big plus is that all the neighbors on the street are super friendly! Coastal Vacation Properties group made the process of renting easy, and they were responsive to communication. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO rental to friends and family

I always read reviews before reserving, and I must say when I read clean and beautiful home that is exactly what I experienced as well. I cannot emphasize more on the 'clean'. We loved it! Location was great, so close to Publix, beach and the bay. Pool was a plus, this was a highlight for my 8 year old son. House had everything we needed. Also, anything we needed for beach like chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, floaties for the pool, beach ball etc....This is the house we are definitely recommending to our friends and family and out vacation place when we book again next summer :)

Love this place! Great communication from start to finish. Check in/out was seamless. My husband and I traveled from MN with our 24, 22 and 17 year old children and one boyfriend 23 for Spring Break. The location was perfect! We walked to the sugar sand beach (chairs, wagon and cooler appreciated), shops, bars and restaurants. If we were out and about and someone was hot or tired, they could hop on the free trolley (nice, accurate app) that dropped off close to the property. There was something for everyone: parasailing, jet ski dolphin tour, mini-golf, day trip to Lovers Key Beach, MN Twins Spring training game (Go Tiwns!). We also enjoyed Town Square shops and restaurants, but our favorite dinner was at Snugs (took trolley). The house itself was perfect. Clean, open concept with tasteful, beachy decor. Nice kitchen and large table for family meals and playing games. The porch was perfect for morning coffee in this quiet neighborhood. The pool area was great! The heated saltwater pool was clean and the pool floaties were a bonus. The pool is a bit small but we were not looking to do laps, so it fit our need of relaxation . We spent a lot of time in the pool area, unwinding, grilling and floating in the pool. We vacation regularly to various areas of the US and Mexico and my family all agree this was one of the best places we have stayed...it probably didn't hurt that we have been cooped up from the pandemic and the weather was perfect the whole week! To sum it up, we loved this property and do not have one single complaint!

It's a bit of a long walk to many of the better bars and restaurants, but the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. And Schuckers is the best happy hour in town - good food and drinks at good prices.

From the moment we pulled up to the property we knew we were going to thoroughly enjoy our week on Delmar. The place was spotless and smelled so clean. The floor plan is great as it provides a split concept should you have two families staying together. The kitchen had ample seating for everyone! Location is ideal as we were able to walk everywhere. The property manager was easy to communicate with upon arrival and we had everything we needed. The outdoor pool area is fantastic. The sun is out there early morning and then again throughout the afternoon. After a long day in the sun it was nice as it would start go beyond the house and you'd have a little shade. Great for hanging out with the kids and being able to watch them closely. Perfect week and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at 246 Delmar avenue this last weekend and I wanted to write a review of both the property and how I felt coastal had done such an amazing job preparing it for a visit. First the house, 246 Delmar is beautiful, inviting and a joy to spend time at. The house is beautifully appointed and everything is perfect for a beach focused vacation. The location is much closer to walk to the beach than I expected and just far enough from the party area of the island that I felt tucked away but close enough to enjoy all the island has to offer with a short drive. Secondly coastal did a fantastic job having the property ready for visitors and we loved the little touches made to decoration. It was immaculately clean and felt as if nobody had ever set foot before me. Thank you so much for this lovely vacation.

Excellent house. Very clean and new condition. Everything was described as is. The only recommendation would be to put room darkening shades on the back window of the guest bedroom. My kids woke up early every morning from the morning sun on that side of the house. This minor detail would keep me away, just a recommendation. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great house for family vacation This house was great for our family vacation (kids 6 and 8). The house was very nice--clean and updated. When we walked to the beach, it was so great to have everything we needed--cart, umbrella, body boards, buckets for castles, etc. My kids LOVED the pool. It was nice to have the covered patio area to be able to sit in the shade while watching the kids.

We are definitely hoping to be back next summer!

My family of 6 adults plus my 10 month old nephew stayed here for a family vacation and we could not have been more pleased! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. We actually spent most of our time at the house rather than out and about because it was so peaceful and relaxing there.

246 Delmar Ave is a lovely house for leisure island life. This house has a lot of light and airy feel. The front porch is a lovely spot to have morning coffee and listen to the palm trees sway in the breeze. This house is centrally located on the the strip. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street, and there are many shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. We rented golf carts, but a bicycle is probably all you need. A big plus is that all the neighbors on the street are super friendly! Coastal Vacation Properties group made the process of renting easy, and they were responsive to communication. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO rental to friends and family.

I always read reviews before reserving, and I must say when I read clean and beautiful home that is exactly what I experienced as well. I cannot emphasize more on the 'clean'. We loved it! Location was great, so close to Publix, beach and the bay. Pool was a plus, this was a highlight for my 8 year old son. House had everything we needed. Also, anything we needed for beach like chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, floaties for the pool, beach ball etc....This is the house we are definitely recommending to our friends and family and out vacation place when we book again next summer :)

Perfect place to stay for 6 or less people in my opinion. Just a short walk to beach, bars and food. House was everything they said it would be. We enjoyed our stay would come back again and again. We had a great experience. The House was close enough to not have to drive anywhere to enjoy all the attractions of Fort Myer's beach

Great communication from start to finish. Check in/out was seamless. My husband and I traveled from MN with our 24, 22 and 17 year old children and one boyfriend 23 for Spring Break. The location was perfect! We walked to the sugar sand beach (chairs, wagon and cooler appreciated), shops, bars and restaurants. If we were out and about and someone was hot or tired, they could hop on the free trolley (nice, accurate app) that dropped off close to the property. There was something for everyone: parasailing, jet ski dolphin tour, mini-golf, day trip to Lovers Key Beach, MN Twins Spring training game (Go Tiwns!). We also enjoyed Town Square shops and restaurants, but our favorite dinner was at Snugs (took trolley). The house itself was perfect. Clean, open concept with tasteful, beachy decor. Nice kitchen and large table for family meals and playing games. The porch was perfect for morning coffee in this quiet neighborhood. The pool area was great! The heated saltwater pool was clean and the pool floaties were a bonus. The pool is a bit small but we were not looking to do laps, so it fit our need of relaxation . We spent a lot of time in the pool area, unwinding, grilling and floating in the pool. We vacation regularly to various areas of the US and Mexico and my family all agree this was one of the best places we have stayed...it probably didn’t hurt that we have been cooped up from the pandemic and the weather was perfect the whole week! To sum it up, we loved this property and do not have one single complaint!

Brand new, clean, comfortable home. Property managers were very responsive. Power outage caused the code on the lock not to work on check in. We called and they immediately took care of the issue.

Very clean and comfortable house, like new. It was well-appointed, WIFI worked well. Salt water pool was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It's a bit of a long walk to many of the better bars and restaurants, but the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. And Schuckers is the best happy hour in town - good food and drinks at good prices.

From the moment we pulled up to the property we knew we were going to thoroughly enjoy our week on Delmar. The place was spotless and smelled so clean. The floor plan is great as it provides a split concept should you have two families staying together. The kitchen had ample seating for everyone! Location is ideal as we were able to walk everywhere. The property manager was easy to communicate with upon arrival and we had everything we needed. The outdoor pool area is fantastic. The sun is out there early morning and then again throughout the afternoon. After a long day in the sun it was nice as it would start go beyond the house and you'd have a little shade. Great for hanging out with the kids and being able to watch them closely. Perfect week and we will definitely be back!

Great house with everything you need - laundry, big bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, plunging pool in the back, beautiful front deck to watch sunsets, TVs in every room, etc. It is walkable to the beach and they provide a cart to bring the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and noodles with. An oasis with everything you need, especially during the pandemic.
