Estero Island Beach Villa is a remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, open-concept condo that overlooks the beautiful Matanzas Pass on the bay side and the Gulf of Mexico on the beach side! This 5th-level condo is located on the much-desired north end of the island. The tiled floors throughout the unit pave the way to countless updated features including 3 brand new smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen has every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway!
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfy king-size bed where you can step out onto your private balcony with breathtaking views of Matanzas Pass. The guest bedroom has two cozy double beds and sleeper sofa in the living room allowing this unit to easily accommodate up to 8 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer & dryer. Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! You will walk right off the elevator and find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities!

Coastal Vacation Properties manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions.
