Top unit consists of two floors, the second and third floor of the home. There are three bedrooms, and an open loft daybed area (out in open in third floor loft/hall area) There are two bathrooms on this unit. One in the hallway living area, and one in the master 2 king bed suite.
Bedroom 1:
One Queen Bed (main floor)
Bedroom 2:
One full over full bunkbed (main floor)
One pull out twin trundle
Bedroom 3: (top floor)
Two king beds
Loft/Daybed area (top floor)
One twin daybed with pullout twin trundle bed
Kitchen includes full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and is fully stocked with all necessary utensils for eating and cooking. There is a large kitchen pantry for storage, as well as a large and a small crockpot, Keurig, griddle, toaster, and blender.
Televisions throughout entire unit, living area and all bedrooms and loft.
Large deck off of living area with grill and seating.
Outdoor pool area with lounge chairs and bar area is shared may be accessed by this unit and the bottom unit as well, If it should also be occupied.
Guest garage is shared with lower unit and includes beach chairs, bikes (to be used with signed waiver only), a cooler, two pull along beach wagons/carts, two space heaters, and two fans. These are all on a first come first serve basis and should be returned following each use.
May access kayaks and paddleboards kept locked on fence outside, with a signed waiver.
Coastal Vacation Properties manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of construction-related impacts during their stay.
