For the safety and security of the property and our guests, exterior security cameras are installed at this home. All cameras are located outside only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private interior spaces.

Cancel before check-in due to a named tropical storm or hurricane projected to impact Lee County, Florida, and receive a full refund of your reservation (excluding applicable processing fees).

Check in but depart early due to a qualifying storm, and we'll refund the unused nightly rent for the remaining nights of your stay.
