This promotion applies to participating properties only and is valid for eligible stays between August 15 and November 15.

Who Qualifies?
Eligible reservations must meet all of the following requirements:
- Reservation must be 3 nights or longer
- Arrival and departure dates must fall between August 15 and November 15
- Reservation must be for a participating property
- Weather event must be a named tropical storm, hurricane, or other named tropical weather event
- The storm’s projected or actual path must impact Lee County, Florida
If You Have Already Checked In
If you have already arrived and checked into your rental, and a named tropical weather event with a projected or actual path impacting Lee County causes you to leave early, Coastal Vacation Properties will refund the unused nightly rent for the nights you do not stay.
Refunds include:
- Unused nightly rent only
Refund does not include:
- Nights already stayed
- Cleaning fee
- Administrative fee
- Guest service fee
- Taxes
- Processing fees
- Any other reservation related charges
If You Cancel Before Arrival
If you cancel before arrival because a named tropical weather event has a projected or actual path impacting Lee County, Florida, Coastal Vacation Properties will issue a full refund, less any applicable processing fees.
Refunds include:
- Rent
- Cleaning Fee
- Guest Service Fee
- Taxes
- Other reservation-related charges
