With five years of experience in the vacation rental industry, she has built a comprehensive understanding of hospitality through hands-on expertise in reservations, guest communications, homeowner onboarding, and systems management.

Laila plays a pivotal role in ensuring every stage of the guest journey is seamless, from the initial booking through departure. She oversees the onboarding of new vacation homes, manages online travel agency (OTA) integrations, optimizes internal systems and workflows, and supports pricing and performance strategies that help maximize success across the company’s portfolio.

Recognized for her thoughtful leadership and solutions-focused mindset, Laila is passionate about creating efficient processes that empower her team to deliver outstanding service while proactively addressing challenges before they arise. Hospitality has been at the heart of Irene Rodriguez’s career since 2011, when she began as a Night Auditor at Embassy Suites. What started as an entry-level position quickly grew into a passion, leading her through nearly every facet of the hospitality and vacation rental industry. Over the past 15+ years, she has gained extensive hands-on experience in guest services, maintenance coordination, inspections, housekeeping operations, property management, and executive leadership.

As Director of Field Operations for Coastal Vacation Properties, Irene oversees the daily operations of a growing portfolio of vacation homes in Fort Myers Beach. She works closely with inspectors, housekeepers, maintenance technicians, trusted vendors, homeowners, and office staff to ensure every property is impeccably maintained, every guest enjoys an exceptional stay, and every owner has confidence that their investment is being cared for with excellence.

Irene thrives in the fast-paced world of vacation rental management, where no two days are ever the same. Whether she’s developing operational procedures, mentoring team members, coordinating maintenance projects, improving quality standards, or solving unexpected challenges, she approaches every situation with professionalism, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset.

As Director of Property Excellence & Accountability for Coastal Vacation Properties, Vada Drummond is committed to ensuring every home is maintained to the highest standards of quality, care, and operational excellence. She leads property inspections, homeowner onboarding, compliance, hurricane preparedness planning, quality assurance initiatives, social media marketing, and operational processes that help protect each property while creating exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests.

Vada is passionate about maintaining the details that make a meaningful difference. From conducting comprehensive property evaluations and coordinating improvement initiatives to developing preparedness resources and strengthening operational standards, she approaches every responsibility with organization, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. Her proactive mindset helps homeowners protect their investments while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing. Her education, combined with her dedication to continuous learning, strengthens her ability to think strategically, solve complex challenges, and support the company’s continued growth.

Outside of the office, Vada enjoys spending time with her dog, Armani, reading, painting, and running.

She plays a key role in streamlining operations, managing special projects, and supporting the continued growth of the organization through thoughtful planning and execution.

Known for her exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to complex projects, Ashley thrives in fast-paced environments where organization and adaptability are essential. She is passionate about developing efficient workflows, improving internal processes, and creating solutions that help both the team and the company succeed.
