Located just across the street from the beach the location of this property is unbeatable!
Coconut Dreams offers ample space for your family or group of friends. With three cozy bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, you’ll find all the comfort and privacy you need for a restful stay.

The master has a king-sized bed, the first guest bedroom features two double beds and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed. 
Our duplex unit is tastefully decorated with a beachy, tropical theme that instantly puts you in vacation mode. Bright, airy, and full of charm, it’s the perfect backdrop for your coastal escape.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the essentials you need. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or head outside for an al fresco dining experience.
Unwind in the open-concept living room, complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Step outside to your private patio, where you can bask in the Florida sunshine or enjoy a cool drink in the shade. The outdoor area is perfect for lounging, dining, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. The heated pool is shared with the other side half of this duplex.   There is a brand new public exercise pad next to the property for guests to use. 
Situated just a short stroll from the beach, Coconut Dreams is ideally located for beach lovers. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, or exploring the shoreline. When you’re ready to venture out, discover the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions that Fort Myers Beach has to offer.


This property allows one dog under 35lbs - there is an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee.

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
