Reservation Booking Windows
- Paid stay must take place between June 1 – July 31, 2026 (holiday blackout dates apply).
- Complimentary stay must occur within the listing-defined eligibility period as presented at the time of booking.
- Each stay must be 7 nights.
Free Night Offer Promotional Details
- This promotional offer is subject to specific conditions designed to ensure fair use, availability, and operational integrity of participating Coastal Vacation Properties units.
- The complimentary week must be booked as a consecutive stay or within a pre-approved travel window determined by property availability and must take place at the same property as the qualifying paid stay. The free week cannot be transferred or applied to any other unit or property within the Coastal Vacation Properties portfolio.
- Free nights are only applicable to select dates and may be excluded during holidays, peak season periods, and high-demand travel windows. All bookings are subject to minimum stay requirements, availability, and property approval.
Security Deposit
A $1,500 security deposit is required for the complimentary stay. This will be collected via ACH prior to arrival and refunded via ACH within a reasonable timeframe following checkout, provided no damages, violations, or additional charges are incurred.

- All guests must complete and sign our short-term rental agreement prior to booking confirmation in order to acknowledge and accept all terms.
- This promotion applies to nightly rental rates only and does not include taxes, cleaning fees, pet fees, or other applicable charges, which remain the responsibility of the guest for both paid and complimentary nights. Additional guests, pets, or service requests may incur standard fees.
- This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or negotiated rates unless explicitly stated in writing. Any modification or cancellation of the paid week may void the complimentary week offer.
- Standard house rules apply to both paid and complimentary weeks, including occupancy limits, parking restrictions, and quiet hours. Any damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or policy violations during either stay may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the promotional benefit.
