Fabulous sunrises from the balcony await you at this five-bedroom, three-bath, fully remodeled home located on the north end of the Island.

You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the BBQ grill and cook up a fresh-caught meal. There are beautiful sunsets, making dining on the lanai or balcony a wonderful evening experience.

The living area is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place for everyone to watch movies on the flat-screen TV, play board games, read a book, or for quiet contemplation. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer just past the kitchen. The master bedroom's restful decor will ensure a great night's rest on the king-size bed, but also has a Smart ROKU flat screen, should you be looking for a late-night program. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with his and her sinks.

The three guest rooms upstairs have queen beds. They all feature Smart flatscreen ROKU TVs. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combo.  The living area couch is a queen sleeper. The downstairs area was newly renovated as of February 2024 and boasts a kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The living room area has a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen tv along with direct access to the patio and pool area. The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed and smart tv.  Relax on any of the balconies after a day at the beach. You can also walk north to Times Square or travel south to Lover's Beach. There are shops, restaurants, activities, and 7 Miles of beautiful coastline that await you here in Fort Myers Beach; all within minutes of this fabulous location.

Amazing week!

What a great week!! Some sad moments to be back after hurricane but what a beautiful positive vibe in the recovery process❤️ The house has great proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The rental company was very helpful when we had a hot tub issue and we were very appreciative. House well equipped and outside space was a crowd favorite! Rooms: Nice beds! Nearby activities: Sunset cruises, dolphin excursions and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Walkability: Walked or rode the bikes we rented Noteworthy details: Renting chairs, cart and umbrellas was so easy and worked out for our beach trips

Nice place to stay!

We had four adults and four teens. It was extremely clean and the bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area are all fantastic! Our only (small) issue was that the living room space is a little small for 8 people, with only one couch that seats three, but they did provide cushions to sit on which were nice. The outdoor spaces are wonderful, and we loved the pool! Lots of towels were provided, and we did some laundry as well. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you for a great stay!

Overall Great Stay

Great house, great location and an overall good experience. However, Ft Myers beach area is still in recovery from Hurricane Ian and there is still lots of damage around and many restaurants and shops are not reopened yet. Publix is open down the street so you can buy groceries.

Clean and comfortable house. Great location as block from beach, tons of restaurants in walking distance. Pool and jacuzzi heated and perfect size. Only small issue was water pressure but other than that pretty much perfect.

Perfect Bachelorette Stay

This was a great AirBnB for our laid-back Bachelorette. We went in November and the hot-tub/pool was PERFECT for a few days of overcast weather we got. The location is perfect and close to everything. On top of it all the house is just adorable and well maintained.

The Perfect Vacation Home

Family vacation

We enjoyed our time and the house. 5 kids 11-16 and three adults. I felt comfortable letting the kids meet us at the beach or to walk back to the house in pairs. The pool and hot tub got used daily. The location was a nice walk to the quaint town. We ordered chairs, a cooler and beach wagons from the site the rental company recommends. There are wagons on property and I didn’t know that. We brought blow up floaties for the pool and beach from home and used everyday in pool and ocean. We did a large shopping order from Walmart and used Publix the rest of the time.

Beautifully decorated and maintained home with pool and spa. The kitchen was great for cooking meals. Our main challenge was figuring out all the light/fan switches and how they worked. 😉 This home was nicely located within easy walking distance to beach access and Times Square. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

“We had an absolutely lovely time here. It was quiet, and beautiful. The view is even more amazing in person. The area doesn’t have many restaurants but is close to the touristy areas for shopping and dining. CVS and Publix is only a mile or two away. This beach is an estuary for sea turtles and migrating birds, so it’s great for wildlife lovers. Just be sure to close your blinds at night. No one will yell at you but it’s the right thing to do, as to not deter the turtles from coming ashore. Pool is cleaned throughly every morning. The building is kept immaculate and we always felt safe. The sofa couch cushions would slip and slide, but who is really sitting on a couch here anyway? Condo was stocked with everything we needed from cooking to beaching and pool. I would absolutely recommend this listing and can’t wait to come back again!”

The house was awesome. Had everything we needed. Great location to all the action but far enough away and quiet at night. Most importantly our property management team was outstanding. There were several things that needed attention early in our stay. Heather responded almost immediately either via email, voice call, or text. And Brad was super helpful in getting things resolved. We even got response on Sunday for things that really could have waited until Monday. I highly recommend staying with Coastal Vacations.
