Close to shopping and restaurants. This 4-bedroom and 2-bath vacation paradise has all the bells and whistles. Walk into an open-concept great room and kitchen with 14' ceilings and top-of-the-line finishes. Tons of light with double sliders walking out to a deck overlooking the tropical pool landscape. Plenty of space for entertaining and with 2 upper balcony decks on both the front and the back of the house; a perfect spot from sunrise to sunset. A beautiful travertine pool deck with a 6 ft privacy fence and covered patio is a fantastic area to gather for a fun-filled BBQ. A 6 car garage with plenty of parking. You won't want to leave this perfect vacation paradise.
As you enter this beautiful vacation property there is an open-concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has the most stunning countertops and updated appliances. You can also enjoy sitting out on the balcony that overlooks the pool and pool area, the sliding glass doors to enter onto the balcony can be found behind the dining area.
Through the kitchen is a full laundry room with both an in-unit washer and dryer. Back through the kitchen and starting down the hallway the first guest room to your left has a queen bed, tv, and two full closets.
Continuing down that same hallway, the first room on the right is the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/ shower combo. The second room on your left down the hallway is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The beds both have storage under them for clothes and shoes as well as there being a full closet. The last bedroom on the left is the third guest bedroom which has a queen bed, plenty of storage, a full closet, and a tv. This guest bedroom even has a sliding glass door where you can exit and enter onto the balcony. Right across from the third guest bedroom is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, full closet, TV, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has sliding glass doors where you can exit and enter onto the balcony. Continuing to the end of the hallway there is a Glass door that leads to a balcony with seating areas where you can enjoy any sunset or sunrise. Back down the hallway, through the living and dining area, down the outside set of stairs, and to your right you can enter the pool area. This area has a pool, outdoor shower, grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor seating and dining area for your convenience. This home as well as the neighboring home are perfect for a double family vacation, as they are only a few steps away from each other!

Family and 10 Year Anniversary

Nice House and Good Location. Close to the Publix Grocery which is reasonably priced. You are away from the party but close to the action. Good for a family or group that doesn't want to be in a dive but still wants to enjoy the fun. Could ride a bike up to the North side of the island easily. There is only one road in an out of the island so you have to mind that traffic. Trolly or bikes can mitigate this. House was clean and had some nice amenities. Toaster, coffee pot, any kitchen utensil you might need. No salt pepper or any edible item. We did find plenty of detergent and toilet paper. Pool was clean, grill was spotless, furniture was nice. Everything was very clean. Only access to garage or back patio is from side stairs. Only access to Main upstairs house is from out door stair. Back yard neighbor AC runs constantly right next to pool. View behind pool is back yard neighbor's house and AC unit.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool area perfect and the pool was perfect temperature. Having access to the garage is an added bonus. The location is great and south enough on the island where it isn’t as crazy busy on the roads. Really no complaints at all!

This house and location exceeded all expectations! Beautiful spotless house with high end finishes and clean comfy beds and plush towels!! Loved all the special touches of fresh flowers and plenty of beach towels. On a quiet stretch of the island and it’s easy access to Publix and excellent seafood restaurants! The private pool was an extra bonus! Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy your coffee or wine or just listen to the birds!! We will definitely be back!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home was brand new and very clean. We enjoyed coming back and spending time in the heated pool after exploring the area. We had infants with us so we frequently used both the dishwasher and washing machine and we were impressed with the quality.

Great house enough for 10 people very spacious, close to beach less than 5 min walking not crowded Publix within minutes,pizza places close by and many other restaurant, the house has a big car garage, big pool area with a bbq grill, rooms very spacious, laundry room a must have the house has pretty much what you need is like feeling at home we will stay again

We spent a lot of time on the three outdoor decks; two of which are quite spacious with fans and plenty of tables and chairs . Everything from kitchen appliances to pool chairs were top notch and new. The entire property, inside and out, was so tastefully decorated. Publix was just a few minute drive and the beach was about a five minute walk. The whole experience was comfortable and convenient . If you are a clean freak like me, you will love this property!

Pros for the home: Great location with less than 5 minute walk to beautiful beach. Covered patio by the pool provided coverage from the rain and still allowed us to enjoy the outdoors with family There was a beach wagon and pool floats which were very nice to have Home was nicely decorated, like the photos. There are chairs and small tables on both decks which was nice since the photos don’t show it. Kitchen was stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, pitcher, tray to carry food down stairs, griddle to make pancakes and blender. Plenty of dishing and silverware to have several meals before having to run the dishwasher. Coastal vacations was very communicative, Emails were timely and informative. Cons for the home: Not many towel racks in the restroom to let your bath towels to dry- would be very easy to install more on the wall or behind the door. The main area's curtains & rods offer privacy; however, there were the easiest to open since they are so long should just installed blinds As others have said no full length mirror anywhere in the house The beach chairs there mostly broken or were ballpark chairs not “true beach chairs”. We went and purchased some cost $80 since the rental place didn’t have any!! There was not a cooler either even though the house book mentioned they had one. Luckily we brought our own. The living room didn’t provide enough sitting for a family to watch TV on the rainy days/nights. It would have been nice to have an outdoor broom at the house to sweep the patio after the storm to get the debris & clean the area. The dining table is a small circular for only four people so if you have a large family you can eat a meal together without splitting up and some eating at the bar. This also means board games, cards etc are challenging to play together. It would have been nice to enter the garage or lower level patio from the inside of the house especially when it is raining!!! Only FYI- there is no grass in the front or back yard like the photos show it is now shells if you are bringing a dog.

My sister got married on Fort Myers beach, so my family needed a place with adequate space to fit us all. It was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 6 of us to sprawl out. We loved the pool and deck areas. This home completely matched the pictures and description, which is not always the case! Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend for other big groups looking to stay on the beach!

This home was very conveniently located. We loved the three minute walk to the beach to swim and watch sunsets, and when not at the beach, we truly enjoyed the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to Publix grocery and to downtown for restaurants and shopping. We loved our vacation! Coastal vacations was very communicative, Emails were timely and informative.

Spring Break Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. I appreciated how close a walk it was to the beach. The beach was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and a lot less busy than farther down the road near Times Square - which we liked! I wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. The traffic was pretty bad which I assume was due to spring break crowds. The house was beautiful, and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again if we went back to the area.

This house is just as lovey as the pictures! Wonderful place, the decoration was gorgeous, the house included everything we needed for our stay. And it is a 4 min walk to the beach, location was fantastic. It is away from the most populated touristy areas so we loved that because we were able to maintain social distancing real easy. The pool area was great, bbq, table, sofa, it really is a great place. Now, the best thing about our stay was the Coastal Vacation team. We had some issues with an irrigation company hired by the owners to do some work around the house, which was definitely an inconvenience to our stay, but Heather and the Coastal team went above and beyond to solve the issues and make sure we had a good stay. I recommend this place for your FT Myers stay
