by Michael K.The place we stayed at was incredible! Right across from the beach, impeccably clean, and well appointed with everything we needed to cook, relax and recharge for a few days. Fort Meyers Beach is still rebuilding, but the people here are incredibly friendly and resilient. Coastal Vacation Properties makes you feel right at home. Walkability: We were right across the road from the beach.

Great Vacation
by Carolina HerreraThe home was amazing for our family summer vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool and the walkable access to the beach. The neighborhood felt save although with many homes abandoned due to Hurricane Ian. Many commercial spots were still closed due to the hurricane and it was vey sad to see so much destruction in the town. The beach was beautiful and it made for a very special vacation.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood a short 2 minute walk from one of the nicest stretches of Fort Myers Beach. Updated inside with all new appliances and décor. Property management company very hands on with prior notifications of arrival of service providers (lawn & pool) who keep the grounds in first class shape! Pool and patio areas are perfect for relaxing in total privacy! You won't regret staying in this unit!

Best Girls Weekend

Seven friends flying in from all over the country to celebrate a birthday for the weekend…this is the perfect house to rent. The house was clean and stocked with towels and all of the amenities we needed to spend time cooking and relaxing at the pool. Two blocks to the beach with a boardwalk for easy entry. A quiet street in a quiet part of the island. We will be back and enjoyed our time here so much.

Great Location!!

Best girls trip ever!!! The overall experience renting was smooth and easy with great communication from the rental company. The place was decorated nicely with a fantastic indoor/outdoor space. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, grocery store less than 5 minutes away, and 10 minutes to the busier part of the island for dinner or drinks in the evening. We used the rental company suggestion for beach chair/umbrella set up that made it really easy. We had a rental car, so we were able to visit Marco Island (1 hour away) and Sanibel Island (35 minutes away), which made the most of our trip. Although we could have just as easily spent the entire time at Fort Myers Beach since it was so beautiful. Walking the beach at sunset is a must!! This house was a perfect space and location for our trip, and we would definitely rent here again!!

Wonderful Stay!

Great house, location is perfect, 4 adults & 3 children enjoyed and fit really well in this house. E rented a golf cart to get around town and it worked out perfectly. Amenity we’re as described other than the listing starting one of the rooms has 2 twin beds…(I believe that is the house next door, identical listing) this house has 2 runs with full size beds, and one of the rooms has a oil out trundle (pink room), both rooms also had twin beds that could roll out into the rooms if needed, other than that description is accurate, and all room do have TVs not pictured.

This was a fantastic place to stay for an extended family vacation. There were 7 of us staying here (1 was a child) and the place was the perfect size. House was so nicely redone (or built?) and pool was great. Things that are better than average: it was quiet! You couldn’t hear talking or snoring between bedrooms, etc. Also had a good amount of dishes/cookware in the kitchen: nicely stocked compared to many other places. And the water pressure is great(Random, but important). Appliances are nice and new and washer/dryer super nice. Standard things to expect: buy ice. The ice maker can’t keep up with a very full house and back to back rentals. You need to climb stairs to get to and from pool and up to front door; nearly all houses in the area and on the coast are like this, but seems to be surprising to some in other reviews. I wouldn’t hesitate to book and stay here for another vacation! It’s exactly as the pictures show and truly a 3 min walk to the beach/public access entry. The management company are also SUPER nice, responsive and pleasant to interact with. Very refreshing.

Beautiful home - perfect for our girls trip. Pool was awesome and loved the short walk to the beach! Wish there was a full length mirror somewhere and also the hall bath you couldn't open the door completely so no one could get ready in that bathroom. The vanity is too large in depth for the space. Would also love some beach chairs - the ones there weren't comfortable to sit in at the beach so we just laid on towels. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Loved all the finishes and space!

GREAT LOCATION!

GREAT LOCATION! We loved our stay at the house and that it was located in a more quiet neighborhood away from the downtown noise / people. Very quick walk to the beach. We took advantage of the local farmer's market and had some delicious fresh fish and fruit. A great house all around!

This property is beautiful, clean and close to the beach. This is a new property that is strickly a rental unit. No one has ever lived here, because of that it does lack a few minor things. There is no full length mirror in the entire place, there are no condiments or sugar, also it would be nice to have some place to hang a sweater or jacket by the door. We loved our stay here and would definately rent it again. Heather was very reponsive. We had a problem with the remote entry and she came right over. The pool is beautiful and clean. There are about 20 stairs to enter the property so keep that in mind when choosing this lovely property.

This is in a great location. Sometimes heading to Time Square you can hit traffic during prime season but that’s most places during high season. I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful decor throughout the home. Would recommend to friends.

Brand new and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Publix near by. Beach also just about a 3 min walk or so. They have towels, chairs, umbrella for you to use.
