Estero Beach Club East # 402 - 2650 Estero Blvd

Welcome to Estero Beach Club East resort #402. This is a two-bedroom, two-bath corner condo right on the Gulf of Mexico with its 7 miles of white sugary sand beach. There is a one month minimum stay. This resort is located towards the northern end of Fort Myers Beach and is close to many shops, restaurants, and an extended fishing pier at Times Square. A short stroll on the beach, or a hop on the trolley, will take you to the north end of the island where you will enjoy the nighttime entertainment, or the south end at Lovers Key where you can kayak, tour the State Park, and also a great place to watch the dolphins swimming in the bay. Anywhere you travel, you are sure to enjoy the beauty that Estero Island offers! For those who are reading afficionados, the Fort Myers Beach public library is located very close by.  Amenities at this resort include covered parking, a heated gulf-side pool with spa and lounge deck and outdoor BBQ facilities. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to make arrival a breeze. WiFi is complimentary and you will have your own private in-house washer and dryer. Please note that rentals between January 1 and March 31 must originate on the first of the month and continue through to the last day of the month. 

Entry is via elevator to the fourth floor and then into #402 into the entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is plenty of Corian counterspace with tile backsplash. Appliances include a dishwasher, a 5-burner glass-top range with convection oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a refrigerator/freezer. There is also a peninsular island that opens the kitchen up to the adjacent dining and living areas. An extended portion of the kitchen has more counter space that creates an eating area for two, an under-counter wine cooler, a pantry with slide-out drawers and then sliding glass doors out to the screened-in balcony.  The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a U-shaped sofa, part of which contains a pull-out sleeper. The living area extends toward the balcony and is furnished with two matching chairs with ottoman, opposite which is a credenza with a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a cushioned patio sofa with a coffee table and two matching rocker side chairs. The view from this fourth floor vantage point is expansive and includes the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. As this is a corner unit, from this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. 

The primary bedroom with en suite bath is furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps on an area rug. There is a double dresser with wall mirror and a flat screen TV. Just next to the bathroom is a laundry niche with stacked washer and dryer. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds, night stand and lamp, ample closet space and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent guest bath has a single-piece vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and nicely tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass door.
