The lower level features a full kitchen, living area, half bath, and screened patio lanai for coffee and cocktails. Upstairs you'll find the King Suite, twin room, and guest bath. The King Suite features its own private lanai. The unit comes with its own covered parking space.Located in the Bay Beach neighborhood, it's perfect for those who enjoy a morning walk, jog, or bike ride. Guests will love hanging out at the pool to cool off after a warm day. Santini Plaza is within walking distance and features shopping, restaurants, plus the farmers market on Tuesdays and Thursdays from October - April.

Nice and quiet

I liked the quiet location that is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The building could use some updating but the condo was in great shape. My only complaint is the traffic jams on Estero Blvd.
