Welcome to Beach Villas! This unit is located on the much-desired northern tip of the island! This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom, open-concept condo will greet you with enchanting views of the beach as soon as you walk through the door! This 5th-level unit features a fully equipped kitchen that includes every amenity needed for an extended stay or a short getaway! The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two full beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area, allowing this unit to accommodate up to 6 people. This condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as covered private parking to ensure a hassle-free stay!

Stepping outside, you can soak up the sun at the beachfront heated pool or cookout at the BBQ grilling area! Not far from your front door, you will find the 7-mile stretch of sugar-sand beach and a tranquil nature preserve featuring a boardwalk and trails! With just a short walk or a quick trolley ride, you will be sure to enjoy lively downtown Times Square, as well as many local shops, restaurants, and island activities! There are bike racks for your convenience.

Friends, Sun and Fun

Location is amazing. Beach sand offers great walking, running or biking. Soft and white sand to play and sunbathe is perfect. Minutes to the square for food and people watching. Will do this again someday.

Wonderful Condo!

Just as beautiful as in the pictures & great beach views. We walked to the Pier (Times Square) via the beach each day as well.
