Beautiful top-floor corner unit with amazing sunrises & high ceilings in the 1244 sq ft Casa Marina. Views include expansive bay views and a canal for dolphin & manatee watching from the master bedroom or living room through your sliding glass doors to the lanai. Additional spectacular views from your kitchen & dining area. 

The fully equipped kitchen has an open floor plan with an island, bar seating & lots of storage. The master bedroom walks out to the lanai, where the washer & dryer are located in a closet. It has a king bed, walk-in closet, TV with antenna/roku & attached full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-in closet & a smart TV and the guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. 2 twins, luxurious memory foam rollaway beds are available allowing the maximum occupancy to increase to 6 guests. Starter Essentials Included, along with linens & beach towels for your use.

Enjoy the amenities such as; the pool that is just across from the building, and the community fishing pier a short & a short walk to your deeded beach access! A designated Lot Parking Pass is also provided to get you even closer to the beach when parking is available. Park in the extra wide, under-building assigned parking spot with additional guest parking & available public transit. Entry is at ground level & is through a secure, air-conditioned lobby. For your convenience, there is a luggage cart available.
Close to shops, restaurants, marina, Lover's Key State Park & walking paths.



This unit requires a 7-night minimum length of stay to book.  Sorry, no furry friends are allowed unless they are service animals.

Great Condo with Bay/Beach access

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this condo.,Loved the view of Estero Bay, and the private, deeded beach access. The condo was well appointed. Will be staying again next year.

Amazing 270’ views of ocean and marina
Very good kitchen with great utensils - perfect for the home chef
Manatees are neighbours downstairs

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s on the south end of the island so it’s much quieter and less busy. We rode our bikes everywhere. Plenty of restaurant options within walking/biking distance as well as the beach. In my opinion it is a perfect location, on the water, marina very close to watch the boats come in and out, and very close to the beach. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Relax and fully stocked!

My brother and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and it’s amenities. The view was lovely and the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked and what we needed to cook and relax for the week. We are glad we found this property for our vacation.
