We’re excited to let you know about some improvements coming to the property that will help enhance your experience. Here’s what to expect:
- Construction Updates: There's currently work on the common areas, individual units, and the outside of the property. While this work is underway, you will notice noise and temporary conditions that are less than ideal.
- Stucco and Painting: The association will be updating the building’s exterior with stucco and paint from November 1st to December 13th. Please note that these dates may change, and we will keep you informed of any adjustments.

Perfect Vacation!
by Mary AnnGullwing 301 was perfect for our family of 4 (grown kids). The condo was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was spotless and had everything we needed and then some. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We knew ahead of time that the area is still very much in rebuilding after Ian and still had a great time. We love Ft. Myers and Sanibel and were just really happy to be there and help a little by shopping and trying to support local businesses. If there was one thing we would change it’s that the pool and hot tub were open later. Don’t hesitate on this condo.
